Job scope :
- Attend all customer or staff complaint or query & try to solve it.
- Monitor performance of staff & branch based on standard operating procedure.
- Ensure that all things done by all employees of the company following the conditions and requirements of the company and the law that was given by the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)
- Ensure that all employees comply with the regulations of the company.
- Review all works employees to follow the requirements of the company.
- Enforce the law company & BNM through all the parameters that have been set by the company.
- Monitor and analyze each worker to ensure all items are to follow the requirements of the company.
- Make a report to superiors about the compliance of each employee.
- Diploma level & above.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or compliance monitoring.
- Local Lahad Datu, Sabah
- Good conversant in Malay & English.
- Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends & public holidays.
- Able to traveling

- Salary around (RM) : 800 - 900
